Good morning my Beautiful Kings and Queens As Winter is upon us, some of you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD). SAD is a type of depression that's related to changes in seasons. Normally starts in fall and continues into the winter months. Symptoms may include: Feeling depressed most of the day Losing interest in activities you once enjoyed Low energy Feeling sluggish Having difficulty concentrating Having thoughts of suicide If you are having any of these symptoms you may want to consider some of the following: mind-body connection such as yoga, meditation, music Light box therapy(gives off light that mimics the sun) Aromatherapy Exercise Take a vacation Keep a journal Get more vitiman D You can always see a therapist as well.
