Good morning my Beautiful Kings and Queens I've been talking to a couple of you that have been dealing with Anxiety Attacks. Anxiety Attack can be scary if you dont know how to control them. Here are some technics to help you if you feel an attack coming on: 1. Breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth calmly and slowly 2. Find 5 things you can touch 3. Listen to hear 4 things rather it be the birds outside, the radio(soft music), etc 4. I want you to find 2 types of smells you like. These are called Grounding. What it does is help bring you back to reality because you have gone to far in your head and lost all control of your surroundings. Basically a form of meditation. Relax and Breathe.
